Terms of purchase

General information about the webshop

The products in this webshop are sold by Ab Ostrocenter Oy (Finnish business ID: 0812801-7).

When the customer has logged in, s/he will see if and how many products there are in the warehouse.

The prices include VAT, according to the valid tax rate.

Price and delivery costs are subject to change.

The seller’s responsibility covers all the obligations related to trade.


Webshop’s terms of delivery

Delivery time 3–5 days. A dispatch charge of 30 euros will be added to the total sum of the shopping basket. Any products in the warehouse will be dispatched immediately, or by the latest, the following workday. The orders will be acknowledged by e-mail, specifying the ordered products, their prices and the delivery costs.

Such order acknowledgements require that when placing the order, the customer has submitted his/her e-mail address.

The customer undertakes to comply with Ab Ostrocenter Oy’s terms of delivery.

The order will be processed during the business’s opening hours after the payment has arrived.

If the delivery must be dispatched as ”Fragile”, an extra charge will be added to the delivery cost, in accordance with the freight company’s rates.

We deliver the products either in parcels or maxi-letters.

The products will be delivered to the address specified in the order; the freight company will be selected on the basis of the weight and volume of the parcel or maxi-letter.

The customer may also collect the purchased products at the shop at Frillmossavägen 2, 66900 Nykarleby, Finland.



The products are ordered through the Shopping Basket at www.ostrocenter.fi.

The customer is obliged to read the terms of delivery before placing his/her order.


Right of exchange and return

According to Finnish consumer protection legislation, the customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 14 days. This right of return is only valid for an unused product in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. When returning a product, attach in the dispatchment your customer number, name, address and telephone number as well as a copy of the order acknowledgement and your bank account number. We will not accept returns after 14 days of the date of delivery. We will refund the account after having received and accepted the returned goods.

If the delivery or the goods are faulty, you must notify us thereof within 14 days of delivery.


Payment transmittance

Payment with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard:

The payment transmittance service is provided byPaytrailOyj (Finnish business ID 2122839-7) in cooperation with banks and credit institutions. In payments with Visa Electron or MasterCard, the card invoice will specifyPaytrailOyj as the recipient which will forward the payment to the shopkeeper. The Financial Supervisory Authority inFinlandhas grantedPaytrailOyj authorisation to operate as a payment institution.

Internet banking

In payments via Internet banking systems,PaytrailOyj transmits the payment in cooperation with banks and credit institutions in Finland. From the consumer’s perspective, this service operates in exactly the same way as in traditional e-payments.



The product manufacturer or importer answers for the warranty.

The role of Ab Ostrocenter Oy is merely that of a marketer and deliverer of goods and services to the buyer.

Cash on delivery

We do not send goods through ’Cash on delivery’.


If the product is damaged or lost or if the customer has been delivered a faulty product, s/he is required to notify Ab Ostrocenter Oy immediately thereof, by phoning +358-(0)6-7817 450 or e-mailing to info@ostrocenter.fi. This notification of faulty delivery or faulty product/s must be made within 14 days of having received the product/s.
